I developed a case study for a hotel booking app that provides an intuitive, convenient and efficient platform to travelers to discover and book locations for staying. Through a comprehensive usability test, I aimed to gather valuable feedback from real users, understand their needs and understand pain points in the app.
By leveraging these insights, I created actionable recommendations to refine the app's design for a seamless and enjoyable booking experience.
In this case study I evaluated an AI powered fashion assist app designed to transform the way users approach online fashion and styling. By leveraging artificial intelligence and personalized recommendations, the app aims to address users' pain points and provide tailored fashion assistance.
I did a competitive analysis of the app, user research, created the user journey map, and finally provided actionable insights to improve the app.
