The primary goal of this case study is to develop a hotel booking app that provides travelers with a convenient, intuitive, and efficient platform to discover and book their ideal accommodations. Through a comprehensive usability test, we aim to gather valuable feedback from real users, understand their needs, and uncover pain points in the app.. By leveraging these insights, we will create actionable recommendations to refine the app's design and create a seamless and enjoyable booking experience.

Book a Hotel in Barcelona for 7 days from 12th June to 19th June for 2 people with breakfast included, the possibility of cancellation, and pay on arrival.

Task 2: The Doyle Collection


Book a twin room with breakfast included in a London hotel for 2 people, for a long weekend starting from the 2nd or 3rd Friday of April and return on the following Monday.
